Do you know how you and your team are perceived as leaders?

As a leader, your values, beliefs and behaviors are instrumental in determining the culture of an organization, and the culture of an organization is instrumental in driving its performance. Thus, the leaders’ personalities and leadership styles have a significant influence on the performance of an organization.

To grow and develop your culture, you need to grow and develop your leaders, which requires regular feedback.

  • Do you know what others appreciate about you?
  • Do you know what advice your peers and subordinates can offer you to improve your leadership style?
  • Do you know how you are contributing to successes or problems within the organization?
  • Do you know your level of personal entropy?

We use the Barrett Values Centre Cultural Transformation Tools® (CTT) which allow us to measure where a person is in their own evolution, using values as a metric. These tools make the intangibles tangible and help us to identify key performance indicators which provide a road map for change.

So Where Do We Begin?

By taking the Leadership Values Assessment (LVA), a powerful tool for promoting self-awareness, personal transformation and an understanding of the actions a leader needs to take to realize his or her full potential. Emphasis is placed on a leader’s strengths, areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.

The Leadership Development Report (LDR) is an overview outlining the leader’s degree of self-awareness, the amount of change being called for and the level to which the leader is inhibited by fear-based beliefs and behaviors.

Both the LVA and the LDR are 360-degree feedback instruments designed to uncover blind spots and provide feedback on a leader’s strengths and areas for improvement. You’ll come to understand how your perception of leadership style differs from your colleagues’ perception, which will help plan action steps for ongoing development and growth.

Time is Money.

The process is proven, your time investment is small. Assessments are done online via a website and usually take just 15-20 minutes to complete. Surveys are available in multiple languages and the values template may be customized to reflect the cultural attributes of your organization. These assessments become the foundation for a successful leadership development program.

To let go of your potentially limiting values, you must learn how to identify, manage and release your fear-based beliefs.

As certified facilitators in RIM® (Regenerating Images in Memory®), we use a transformational technique that frees you of negative thoughts, feelings and memories that may hold you back. It’s a client-generated process that’s incredibly efficient at getting to the root causes of self-sabotaging beliefs and blocks to success.

RIM® is most impactful when conducted as an individual session, however, it can also be performed in a group setting. RIM® can also be a quick and immediate intervention whenever an individual or group has gone into a fear or panic response.
